Genesis

 

Construction Selection was established in 2002 as a specialist Search & Selection business servicing the Construction, Engineering and FM Industries. Since 2002 the client base has grown beyond the direct construction industry we now recruit across a multitude of disciplines.

 

Evolution

 

2003 Construction Selection opened its training division and continues to offer many grant aided and bespoke courses in both soft skills and many harder issues a list of courses is available from our services section of this site.

 

2005 Construction Selection laid the foundation of its sub-contracting arm in and became a labour sub-contractor within the Decent Homes arena. This business now provides cavity wall and loft insulation services.

 

December 2007 The Directors of Construction Selection formed our sister company Lawson-James Associates this business operates in the insolvency, company re-organisation tax and recovery markets. With the help of Nikos Leodis and Christine Cadogan-Lawson.
