The Client

The client is leading provider of Asbestos & Health & Safety Surveying Solutions with a wide and varied client base. The business works with both private and public sector clients and is heavily involved in Social Housing surveying and asbestos removal.

The Role

Liaising on a daily basis with clients, contractors and their representatives as well as members of the public.. The role will require the candidate to carryout out ‘Management’ and ‘Refurbishment and Demolition’ Surveys on domestic and on occasion commercial premises, schools and other public sector buildings. The role will include management of survey workload, photographing and documenting asbestos and taking asbestos samples that are in turn sent to a lab for testing and writing reports upon assessing the asbestos risk.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to success and be a natural relationship builder with the ability to engage with people at all levels. We require an Asbestos Surveyor qualified to a minimum of BOHS P402 standard. You will require a driving licence and be prepared to work flexible hours that may include Saturdays if required subject to overtime payments.
